Woot woot for some F-o-D and Cyberdevil collaboration! Always a nice combo! And that flow that kicks in at 0:45ish! All improvised on the spot or some pre-prep? Either way, nicely done peeps :)

Cyberdevil responds:

Aw yeah! He does make some dope beats, always a treat to probe these, make prose meet the flows as it goes, never with cold feet.

Well the only truly improvised bit is that little part at the end with a different filter where I say it's a freestyle, everything before that's written/recorded on the day, hope I don't give everyone the impression the whole track is off the dome there. I'm usually REALLY bad with freestyles, can start one alright - probably since the initial line or two comes to mind before actual delivery - simultaneously thinking and delivering is something I thought I just couldn't do, so I surprised myself with just that little bit. XD Practice does help...

It is at least all one take though! Apart from intro/outro/adlibs.

Some lovely Inktober vibes of old! Feels like a spiritual sequel to one of the older tracks I remember, the inflections and vibe :) Nicely done CD!

Cyberdevil responds:

Mmm was just thinking about how I think I started yesterday's verse exactly the same way as I started one some year earlier... just the first few lines or end rhymes but still, the more these amass the more the chance there's some unintentional repetition in content or delivery. XD

Thank you JB! These the inflictions and vibes I shall try to free!

Oooo yeeeah! IT BEGINS! I was wondering if you'd be doing it again this year :D 5 years in a row now (is that right?)? Nicely done for the start, and hope the vibes keep a'coming! Let's see if I can cook up another beat for you in these next 4 weeks! Keep it up CD :D

Cyberdevil responds:

It does it does. :D I literally got back the same day I recorded this, late afternoon, long drive, was a little worried I wouldn't make the cut or sound good enough then but here we are again. :) Fifth one up now yupp! And that'd be awesome, always an experimental; inspirational; qualitative treat with your beats JB! :P And/or/if Eamon was still interested; had time...

I hope and shall, TY! :) Nice to see ya tuning in again too!

Lovely grimey bass! Keep it up FoD :D

Father-of-Death responds:

thank you! I will always make music, it's in my bonesssssssss

<3

Thanks so much for having me on the show! Hope people enjoy my ramblings XD

Aalasteir responds:

Thank you so much, you are an amazing musician!

Great to be part of this and an honour to have been invited to be part of the team :) I think everyone brought their A game to this one! Thanks for having me :D

Cyberdevil responds:

An honor to have you on it man. :) That y'all did! Thank you!

Good fun! Always enjoy your beats :) Is it strange that the vocals remind me of early blink182 for some reason (in a good way)... Keep it up FoD!

You really knocked it out of the park with this one! Great and soulful vocal / lyrical performances (both recorded and in the description) and I really think one of your best yet (no correlation to me being on the beat) XD Great job CD and glad I could lend some (mostly) instrumental inspiration!

Cyberdevil responds:

Thank you! Hehe, I think so too! XD A little extra pressure to make this count mayhaps, though a groove this good always fuels inspiration regardless, twas a soulful beat. Glad you got good things from it; glad we got in a collab this year after all!

Nice! Unexpected carnival / sinister fairground vibes with the beat, and an appropriatly matching flow on the mic! Keep it up peeps!

Cyberdevil responds:

Will do and thank you!

I have heard it now, CD XD Loving the echo effects, especially the trippy ending :)

Cyberdevil responds:

Not to needlessly call you out there, just seemed like such an ideal inclusion word-wise. XD And glad you liked those! Simple chops and pitch shifts at the end there but I really like how it turned out too. Finna try more like it. But different, of course...
